The Liturgical Choiris currently made up of seven professional singers and about the same number of volunteers.

The group meets on Sunday mornings from 09.15 to rehearse and prepare to sing for the 10.30 Eucharist. It meets again after the service, until 12.45 to rehearse the music for the following Sunday.

The Sunday services require a large amount of music: hymns, service music, a Psalm and one or two motets or anthems. We have a wide repertoire: we range from early polyphony through more modern and contemporary pieces, and also Gospel music and spirituals. This requires a good level of sight-reading and solid vocal technique. The group is well-blended and ready to welcome new members who can integrate both musically and socially. To join the choir you will need to audition.
