Senior Warden
Bob is a long-time Episcopalian beginning with high school attendance at The Episcopal Academy in Philadelphia, PA. Since then, he has been a member of St James in Lancaster, PA, Heavenly Rest in New York City and Trinity Cathedral in Portland, OR. All of these relationships were the result of professional re-locations around the US. Bob is married to Gioia Della Rosa, a native of Rome, who has made these moves and more in the US and the UK. Since they’ve been married, Bob and Gioia have returned to Rome at least twice annually.
Early on they discovered and were drawn to St. Paul’s, attending each time in Rome … for over twenty years! When they moved to Rome permanently in July 2017, they became full-time members. Bob has an engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University and masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. He was an executive at CNH Global for many years. Fifteen years ago he founded an information technology consulting practice where he is presently employed. Bob has three daughters, one granddaughter, two dogs, and two cats.
