I am a nurse by profession, born in Ecuador. I came to Rome in 1992, at around the same time as the Latin American Community was founded in this Church, and I am honored to have been a member since the establishment and having contributed to its development.
Since then, I have participated in many different activities in our church.
I have been a lay Minister of Communion; and for ten years I was head of the Altar Guild. I have represented the Latin American Community in the Vestry twice. In addition, I was a leader and secretary of the Latin American Community youth group for a while, and at one point was responsible for the Latin American music in the Sunday Eucharist.
Being a part of this community has always been and amazing experience for me. I sincerely look forward to working with all of you.
