Wednesdays at 6pm in the Crypt
(Entrance through the garden)
Jenifer Vinson will lead the group through squats, lunges, leg lifts, planks, mountain climbers,
crunches/reverse crunches, push-ups/ dips & bridges,
plus additional exercises for posture, balance, Core Stability & body awareness,
then finish with 10 minutes of stretching.
Correct alignment and working at your own level will be emphasized.
You only need to bring an exercise mat or large towel and a strong elastic band.
Athletic shoes are preferred but not necessary. There will be no jumping in the class.
Jenifer has an MFA in Dance, a NY State Massage License, and 25 years of experience teaching exercise.
